Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Oversee engaging content creation for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and improve rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing detailed reports and insights to guide future strategies.
- Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
